being in hong kong how can you not have dim sum...

i didnt record down any of the restaurant names since my friend brought me to all of these places but i can find out where they are and what to eat when you are in hong kong...

the food was quite good especially for the roasted pork.

Friends brought me to restaurant on the 3rd floor of a market in Happy Valley...

Packed, a lot of families eating here...the chicken with roasted garlic was really nice!

we love our hotpot in taiwan...
the infamous mala hot pot and the regular meat broth hotpot here is to die for...
this one i had in hong kong was one of a kind: meat-based broth with pee-dan(thousand year old eggs soaked in horses urine to yall civilians) with water cress...really interesting and very tasty...

Alright...hands down the Hong Kong airport is the best in the world...

why you ask???
simply because of one restaurant...
